A new way of sending invitations to the system

In the Human Resources agenda, there is a function Send login by email, which created a login and a random password for selected users and sent this information to them by email.

We have now modified the function so that users do not receive a login and a random password by email, but instead receive a special link (valid for 3 days) on which they can choose their own login and password.
