Improvements to the planned task "Planned print report"

We have added the option to export reports as Excel, PDF, or CSV files to this scheduled task, which allows you to automatically email reports containing selected user data at regular intervals.

This means the scheduled task can now be used not only for sending PDF reports to managers but also, for example, for sending Excel or CSV files to an address where your other internal systems can retrieve the data. This enables integration even with internal systems that do not support a REST API.
