New features in Scheduled Tasks

We have added a scheduled task “Work Anniversary”, which can send notifications about users who are approaching their work anniversary. You can also set notifications for specific milestones, such as the 3rd, 5th, or 10th anniversary.

The scheduled task “Notify about request changes” now has an adjustable time interval for sending notifications. You can set it to only receive notifications for requests submitted up to 60 days in advance. For example, if it is January and someone submits a time-off request for December, you will only receive a notification about this request in October, which is 60 days before the date of the request.
